CEREMONIES

AT TURTLE RIDGE

TurtleGold.png

Ceremony is remembrance of and reverence toward all that is. It is a sacred dance with the hum of the cosmos and all beings within it — both seen and unseen. Ceremony invites connection with the divine essence within ourselves, each other and the collective. Ceremony is a celebration of the gift of life.

Heart Opening

Many of us developed protective strategies early in life to keep us safe. For some, these strategies kept us alive. In the safe and sacred container of ceremony, earth medicines such as cacao and kanna are offered to support the heart in opening more fully while honoring one’s sovereignty. In this sacred container, the frequency of unconditional love and compassion can emerge and this is felt deeply in every cell of one’s being. We become a vessel for divine love to flow through us.

Divine Alignment

Sacred ceremonies create a space where we can attune to our divine core essence. This essence was always there — it was just obscured just as clouds hide the sun’s radiance. Attuning to this divine essence allows us to connect to the sacredness of all life. This is not to bypass pain or the challenges we face in life. Instead, our connection to our divine essence allows us to witness and metabolize our pain in a container of love within and around us.

Moment to moment

we ask, what is happening?

The sound of shattering everywhere, is it the world, fragmenting at last, or our own hearts cracking, the final break-up of ice?
